Powered by GoogleI Joined here recently, they Really need to work on having the air conditioning turned on high in the cardio areas and weight areas!! Also the wifi at this club is soooo bad, it needs to be fixed. The weight area and cardio areas are the worst for any wifi signal!!!
Even after you quit or put the account on a break, they seen unable to stop charging your bank account. This has happened now to me twice at sunset athletic club.
This place is a mess. The older facility is in shambles. The people who are employed here (front desk, administration, the director, youth programming staff) are overly familiar with each other and unprofessional. Somehow, everyone who works here has a chip on their shoulder. There is no standard of professionalism among the long-term employees— the "Sunset Lifers." Their lack of professionalism and poor execution of institutional organization have become so commonplace that they are blind to it. Over the summer, the facility is overrun by unsupervised kids. The staff and employees encourage it. There is little to no safety enforcement around the pools, and the lifeguards are tuned out at best. Although there are age restrictions in parts of the facility (like the track), they are not enforced in the slightest. A simple rebrand is not going to fix these problems. Chuck, or whoever is in charge, needs to seriously consider an employee overhaul amongst other changes. For starters, a very simple standard of practice should be established for checking in members (Do we continue to joke and laugh with our fellow co-workers as a line builds of members wanting to check-in? Do we ask for their name? Their number? Are we rude or respectful to paying members? How do we check in kids?) —basic stuff that shouldn’t vary day-to-day. A code of conduct for employees is essential, especially regarding fraternization during working hours. A branding standard that should be applied to all emails. There should also be a serious reevaluation of, and a system to enforce, safety protocols for kids around the pool and throughout the facility. Additionally, working hours and schedules for salaried employees need to be reevaluated to ensure the facility is making money. The person calling the shots needs to ask: Where are we getting too comfortable? To whom, and in what parts of the organization, are we giving too much slack? My review is generous at best.
This gym has such a welcoming vibe! From the moment you walk in, everyone’s super friendly and respectful. The locker room is really comfortable too—people are just there to get ready without any awkwardness or judgment. It’s a place where everyone feels at ease, and that’s rare to find. Perfect spot for a great workout and good energy! The best - they got 92degrees therapy pool.
Excellent place with all facilities for all players and swimmers . Best post swimming bathroom, lockers and relaxing outdoor activities etc .
