Powered by GoogleHighly recommend personal training with Louis. I followed Louis here from another gym and can confidently say he is one of the greatest trainers out there. He is passionate about his work with clients and strives to make sure you are getting the most out of your workouts. He loves the technical side of training and will often recommend micro adjustments to ensure you are working out safely and effectively. I came to him knowing nothing about strength training and now feel at home at a squat rack when working out on my own. Louis has not only helped me cultivate confidence in my body and what it can do, but has also supported me in becoming a more confident version of myself. I’m his biggest fan and you will be too.
I’ve been a member at VillaSport since 2024, and it has truly become my home away from home. This place is so much more than a gym. It feels like a resort built around health, fitness, recovery, and family. The facilities are beautiful, clean, and modern. Between the indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, huge workout floor, basketball courts, fitness classes, café, kids club, outdoor recreation pool with water slides, and adult-only pool area with a bar, there’s genuinely something for everyone. They also host amazing events throughout the year like summer pool parties and Breakfast with Santa, plus summer camps for kids. The newest addition, the Recovery area that opened May 4th, 2026, has completely elevated the experience. The massage chairs, Normatec compression, red light therapy, infrared saunas, float tank, cryotherapy, cold plunge, and recovery services have honestly been a game changer for my fitness goals. I’ve used it almost daily since opening and cannot recommend it enough. What truly sets VillaSport apart, though, is the staff. Every employee I’ve encountered has been friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. The front desk/management team; Zoey, Gabby, Kira, Taylor, Aaron, Jay, Kathryn, Gali, and Sandrey are absolute rockstars, and have always gone above and beyond to help with every question I’ve had. Erik and Matthew work tirelessly to keep the club running smoothly and looking pristine at all times. Personal trainers Stephen, Erin, and Cassidy are approachable, motivating, and incredibly knowledgeable; whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or trying to level up. And Gali and Sierra in Recovery make every visit relaxing, welcoming, and personalized. If you’re on the fence about joining, this is your sign to do it. VillaSport offers the full package; fitness, recovery, community, and fun. They somehow manage to make everyday life feel like a little vacation.
I definitely love this place, but there are some indoor pools and outside pools, including hot tub, I decided to swim inside here, it’s a lot more fun, there are some basketball and other sport activities at gym simply because it’s a lot more fun, I’ve been there for the very first time with my dad, including my brother, the locker rooms looks clean though, especially with these buildings, but it looks more modern than I expect in my opinion lol, so apparently, it does have huge place structure outside of a pool, including inside of the swimming pool. I definitely love swimming XD
I’ve been a member of villa for about five years and the fees keep increasing. For what we pay, it leaves a bit to be desired. The gym equipment is very nice but it gets super crowded at peak times. Same with the pool and hot tubs- the outdoor spaces that are most coveted are also most busy and sometimes it’s hard to get a spot. This club is really not exclusive and takes too many members. It does seem like there is constant construction and closing of facilities but a little hard to tell what they are actually improving on! (Mainly the locker rooms and gender specific spa spaces). Most recently, the cafe got a makeover. I was excited about the cleaner ingredients but I cannot believe I paid $10 + tip for a “power cup” which could not have been more than about five ounces of smoothie topped with some freeze dried fruit. So disappointing, won’t make that mistake again.
My family has held a Villa Sport membership for a year and we visit multiple times a week. We especially appreciate the Kid's Club and the frequent Parents Night/Day Out opportunities. For the last 10 months, I have been doing personal training with Matt. I'm primarily a runner and Matt has worked to create a cross-training program to support my race training and help me become a stronger runner. Matt is knowledgeable, easy to work with and talk to, and he's good at checking in before and during sessions to see how I'm feeling and will adapt as needed. I am so impressed with Matt's ability to challenge me while also being understanding and accommodating to my individual needs. I feel like he really listens to his clients and as a result of our sessions, I've made measurable progress towards my goals.
