Spirit Technique is a Cordova (Memphis-area) cheer, gymnastics, ninja, and trampoline facility that runs summer day camps blending skill-building across those disciplines. Camps run from late May through early August for children from pre-K4 through middle school. The studio also offers year-round classes, after-school programs, and private lessons.
