The best way I can describe Mrs. Tracy is that she’s always spot on, always appropriate to the situation. She is warm-hearted, but not sugary-sweet all the time—no dance teacher worth her salt is, as there’s discipline to be maintained. She puts a great deal of thought into everything. I have several children enrolled, so I am in the lobby a lot, and I’ve seen her ask for help and apologize for mistakes.
