A little racist from the new toddler teacher with glasses. They are very strict and to the point which I like, but recently I noticed the treatment of my child. She didn’t know how my child’s father looked and didn’t see me. Thinking our child didn’t have a parent looking, she skipped our kid 3 times. Our kid kept trying to go, but she was saying no. Our child was first in the exit line, but she purposely skipped our child and went to the next kid in line to reward. After finishing the last kid in the line, she came back to the first kid. We will say something to the manager, we will see how this next session goes and discuss concerns then and there also.

My daughter has been going here for years now. She’s disabled (autistic and low IQ), and she has attended almost every seasonal event. We have paid the monthly payment every time, including the special events they have for holidays. My daughter was turned away last night due to there being a balance on the account for the first time. When I told them I was waiting for my husband to get paid the following day, and the balance would be paid in full the very next day - they scoffed…and said my daughter wouldn’t be able to attend the class that evening without it being paid in FULL. This is supposed to be a Christian owned company and they had zero empathy, and was extremely calloused over the phone when my husband called to speak with them since I was too upset to talk to them in person. My daughter had already gone inside, had already taken off her shoes, had already begun the class. More than one person at the desk had made eye contact with me before I had even walked out the door upon drop off, and they said NOTHING. I had left with my other child (my 2 year old so ) and about 10 mins later I got a call saying my child wasn’t able to attend the class and I needed to come back and pick her up: I walked in to my child (again, disabled) standing aside away from everyone else, upset and confused at the desk as if she was in trouble and had done something wrong. Extremely unprofessional, and lack of empathy and compassion or understanding is even more appalling. DO NOT recommend this facility. Which is sad considering my daughters PT and OT are the ones who recommended them! Especially considering they have messed up on pricing and have had to refund payments multiple times. The ONE time we are behind on a payment - they aren’t able to wait or work something out. As stated prior…they were getting paid the very next day - and the previous class (week before) there was nothing mentioned! I am more hurt than disappointed in a business that wants to claim they are Christian and then treat loyal customers the way they had. We moved to Germantown, so the commute was long anyways. Will be attending a gymnastics facility that is in Germantown. They lost another valued customer. After reading reviews online - it seems the business is going downhill itself anyways. God works in mysterious ways!

I was there for my nieces birthday party and recommend it for any type of kids party. There are plenty of staff to be with the kids to guide them through the obstacles. After time in the gym area the kids are taken to a private party area for cake and food if planned by parent with the business. Nice sitting area for parents to observe kids.

I Believe this is a scam. The kids are often idle with little to no direction. If I wanted to see my kids sit on the floor, we could do that at home for free. My kids stopped wanting to go because they weren't learning anything and the teachers weren't helping them practice or learn anything new. Very disappointing.

The ability to have multiple of my kids in class at the exact same time (but still with their their own age) is so convenient for parents of multiple busy children. The staff is wonderful! The improvement I've seen in my girls maturity and strength is even better than their impressive improvements at gymnastics.
