I am extremely disappointed with this facility. For a ‘non-profit’ they sure love to steal your money. When we signed up, we were very clear that we were only committing for a short period of time (from end of Dec to end of Jan). At no point were we informed that the gym would be undergoing major renovations in January, that the majority of equipment would be unavailable, or that the facility would be closed for an entire week. Had this been disclosed, we would not have joined. Charging an initiation fee, a prorated end of Dec, and a full month of Jan while failing to disclose significant disruptions to services is unacceptable. We paid $130 for about a month of gym access. We asked for a partial refund since half the equipment is unavailable and they closed the gym for a week with hardly any notice, which has caused us to have to pay for day passes at a different facility. Our request was escalated to the leadership team who denied our partial refund request despite us literally not even being able to access the facility that we paid an absurd amount for. As a result of this experience, we will not be using the YMCA again, nor recommending it to others. Stay away from this place if you value your money.

I can’t speak highly enough about my first experience at this location after the downtown location permanently closed. The staff were extremely welcoming and kind - especially Steffy :)

We had a good time. Each year, this event offers a good breakfast. I didn't see pancakes this year. This year, they didn't have the bouncy house. They offered a balancing set-up. My kids enjoyed it. Santa was laid back and his helper set the tone along with helping take pictures for families. Overall, it was a beautiful experience. Good staff on hand.

I love going to this YMCA. It's very calm most of the time and I enjoy the swimming pool so much. It's a fantastic place to work out and have a routine

Stopped in a few times during my week in Denver/Lakewood. Using the nationwide membership allowed me access, and the amenities were average but on par with most YMCAs. I’ll be back when visiting family.
