An excellent example of their commitment to a positive learning environment is their clarity towards experience level for ensembles. As an educator myself, ensembles are a sensitive experience, and thus important for students to know the requirements in advance for a cohesive experience. RI Phil delineates clear and achievable requirements for students to participate in group work. This ensures the student is confident in their pursuit, and everyone is on the same page capability wise; moreover, the coach is beholden to the requirements as well when selecting music.
