The Reese Wood Foundation is an excellent program. From day one, my sons have learned the importance of fundamentals and practice. I see the progression and improvement. I have the utmost respect for this program, and very happy that I found it. We tried other local programs, and honestly they fell way short. You can see his dedication to this craft. You can see the focus and pride that Coach Wood has for his players. Great program with great coaches. Highly recommended!
Our son has been training with Reese for over a year now and the growth we’ve seen in him has been incredible. Not just physically and on the court, but mentally as well. Reese pushes our son every single rep, never letting him settle for his comfort zone, and we truly appreciate the mental guidance and the constructive conversations that come with every session. What really sets Reese apart is how much he focuses on teaching players how to think the game. He’s always telling our son, “Don’t be afraid of getting better,” and when he asks him what went wrong on a play, he never accepts “I don’t know” as an answer. Instead he challenges his players to reflect, understand their mistakes, and learn from them which has been huge for our son’s confidence and basketball IQ. Reese’s schedule is always busy but he consistently makes time for our son and all of his players. That alone speaks volumes about his dedication and character. His passion for the game and for player development is relentless and it truly shows in the way he invests in each athlete both on and off the court. We’re incredibly grateful for everything Reese has done and we’re really looking forward to Lukas’ continued growth under his guidance. To many more years of basketball guidance! Thank you Reese! 🙏🏼
It’s a great community full of people trying to get better and helping each other. Reese is a great coach and pushes you to try you hardest and put in that work!!
Inspiring coach with a fervent approach. Our daughter showed remarkable improvement in her basketball skills, progressing from a novice to a confident player in a short span of time. College coaches took notice, seeking information about her from Reese. We regret not finding him earlier, as his coaching was instrumental in her newfound passion for basketball.
