Powered by GoogleLazaro has been one of the most disappointing people I have ever dealt with. My son has disabilities and depends on his benefits for his medical and personal needs. After I canceled his participation, charges continued to be taken from his account. By the time I discovered what had happened, approximately $2,800 had been withdrawn. What makes this even worse is that my son did not attend any practices or games for that entire year. Yet the charges continued. Later, I was told that we could "negotiate" and that only part of the money would be returned. Thank God I said no. My son deserves every dollar back. All I want is every dollar that was taken for services my son did not receive. My son did not attend your practices or games during the entire period those charges were being made. You knew he was not participating. As a parent, I find it impossible to understand how those charges continued month after month. As a business owner myself, I know exactly who I charge every month. I know which customers are active and which ones are not. That is why I have such a hard time believing this was simply an oversight. In my opinion, someone should have noticed that my son was not attending while payments continued to be collected. I was also deeply hurt by the comments that were made about my son. I was told there were younger children who were smarter and paid better attention. No parent of a child with special needs should ever have to hear something like that. From my experience, it felt like the focus was on collecting money rather than helping children. Organizations that work with kids should lead with compassion, understanding, patience, and integrity. As a single mother, I would never touch my son's money because I know how important those funds are for his care and well-being. The fact that money continued to be taken while my son was not participating is something I cannot accept. A police report was filed regarding this matter, and I intend to continue pursuing every available option to recover my son's money. I believe parents deserve to know about my experience so they can make informed decisions for their own children.
Coach Chris is an amazing person and an even better teacher. He really knows how to connect with his students and makes every lesson both fun and meaningful. He’s not only great at teaching basketball but also at understanding and motivating us. Whenever I’m having a hard time at practice, he always knows exactly what to say to help me push through. Thank you, Chris, for being such a great coach, mentor, and person overall you truly make a difference.

Coach Laz is a great guy. Always on top of everything going on and works well with all his coaches involved. I placed my two boys (11yr old & 8yr old) in his academies and both loved going to practice and being part of their Friday night games. Great coaches and good times. I highly recommend being part of this basketball academy!
I’ve been a member of 305 Sports for 5 years. It’s been a blessing to be part of a great organization that has continued to grow. There is a great atmosphere with the kids and coaches, my kids enjoy playing and getting better. The academy focuses on fundamentals and technique to help out inexperienced players get better.
