Sadly the worst treatment one can receive We are in the process of relocating to Miami and arranged a trial lesson for our son ($50). The academy offered other payment options, but as we are not local, we couldn’t access them—so cash was the only viable option. We were asked to arrive 10 minutes early, which we did—with our whole family. As we hadn’t found an ATM beforehand, I quickly went to the nearby supermarket to withdraw cash while my husband and children stayed as a guarantee. In less than five minutes, my son was pulled out of training and told he couldn’t continue until payment was made. At the same time, I received multiple calls from admin, delivered in an aggressive and completely unprofessional tone, with zero understanding of the situation. My son enjoyed the training, both coach and kids were nice but the way we were treated was unacceptable. First impressions matter, and this experience showed a complete lack of respect and professionalism. We will not be registering here.
