My boys (12 and 10 now) have spent the past three summers at this camp and it is one of the best investments my wife and I have made in our children. This camp is provides our boys with opportunities to learn, grow, and be independent young men in a way that is essential for boys. It is hard to be away from them for seven weeks but when we are reunited and we can see the positive growth and pride they have in what they have achieved and accomplished each summer is worth the time away from them. If you are a parent of a boy you should consider sending him to this camp, Red Arrow Camp for boys.

Our boys, currently 11 and 9 years old, have attended Red Arrow Camp for the past two summers and it has been a fantastic investment in their development. At first the idea of our boys being away for 7 weeks was difficult to get our mind around, but after our first visit during parents weekend we knew that this camp is special. Giving our boys 7 weeks to be with other boys and having adventures, learning skills, and realizing their individual strengths and abilities within a fun, caring, and challenging environment has been amazing for our boys development into young men. Plus, it has been a tremendous gift to my wife and I as we are able to spend amplified time together while they are at camp. Our boys are excited to come back next summer and we all are grateful to have found RAC and all of the people who make it so special.

My sons had an outstanding experience at Red Arrow in the summer of 2024.. We greatly appreciate all the staff did to make it a safe summer, full of fun as well personal growth. The staff at Red Arrow is caring and empathetic, but also pushes the kids to be their best. I loved the emphasis on setting goals, overcoming difficulty and being a good friend/teammate. The variety of activities offered is impressive and gives a ton of opportunity to try new things that aren't available to us the rest of the year. I feel this is clearly an experience that will impact my son in a positive way for his whole life.

Our 2 boys had their first Red Arrow Camp experience this summer. They were 8 and 11 and had the BEST summer of their lives so far. I can not say enough good things are RAC. From the caring staff and counselors, the countless new adventures the boys get to experience, the awesome organization and communication from the camp office...top notch all the way. My boys can't wait to go back again and it has been such a JOY to hear endless stories of their time at camp. Oh and did I mention, they now make their beds without us asking and are more helpful around the house. WIN-WIN!

The tradition lives on! I have enjoyed adventures at several camps but the best is still RAC. Red Arrow's ability to build positive character starts with the cabin in building relationships that bond into a team and friendships that last for years. As the sailing instructor from 1972 to 1998, I enjoyed not only seeing the growth in character, but listening to kids about their camp experiences and interactions from their RAC counselors charged with teaching, guiding and safety. The conversations of the many past campers that I taught or enjoyed as their counselor, is so enlightening. Red Arrow mad a positive contribution to their lives that continues. It is great to hear that the RAC tradition is alive and well. Good kids now and great adults for a lifetime.
