Very disappointing experience... They are very expensive and come off as very professional but our experience is quite the opposite. Our son in in the junior academy, plays competitive. We as parents had many collective complaints but the club ignored them while collecting money. They cancelled already 6 practices, missed out signing up our team for a tournament, gave us a 18 year old "coach" who doesn't really know how to coach and is mostly not paying any attention nor gives helpful instructions and exercises. Then we played for most of the practices not even on a field with real goals but instead in the park on tiny pop up goals. We payed a lot of money as everyone else but did not receive the same service nor conditions. There is no coaching for our kids, parents stepped up to help with coaching. Every email we as parents sent to the admins had been ignored. The only emails you receive are emails for promotion and asking for more money. This needs to change!!

Dont be fooled by the name change / Merger From Ignite to Real its still the same Greedy owner calling the shots. I was nothing but a loyal coach for multiple seasons under ignite/ Real under conditions i wouldn't wish on my own worst enemy, its all about MONEY They create times after try outs telling you, Your child is a competitive level player, This is so they can charge you competitive prices, Myself & other experienced coaches are being kicked out the club to be replaced by kids who can work for half the price, So if the moneys not going on quality & experienced coaches who was loyal to club, Previously, Whos pocket is it going in? BE WARNED Your child will be put in a unrealistic league with 20 - 0 losses, & Your child will be wondering what hes doing wrong 🤷‍♂️ The club is involved in multiple lawsuits ( They wont tell you this) I beg of you as you receive they its so nice to have all your smiling faces back, Its all baloney, Just like when they present every situation the arrises being for the greater of the club & your child, TRUST ME ITS NOT.

If you are looking for a club for your young soccer player then real colorado's North junior academy is the place! The coaching is professional and it can be seen they care more for the development of each player than just winning games. However, we have been very familiar with winning too! Practice time is never wasted, and the coaching staff have a rare ability to connect with the kids and keep them in order. They do a great job matching player abilities to appropriate teams to allow all kids to develop at their own pace. Each season our team has shown growth and improvement and each week I feel like I am watching mini pros! Real Colorado North (Longmont) has provided our 9yr old daughter a fun and organized environment to play soccer and meet new friends. The staff and coaches are very professional, personal, and caring to parents needs but most importantly the kids. 5 stars!

Our experience, and more importantly, our kids' experience at Real has been exceptional. My children have played the range of levels offered by the club - from rec to competitive. Each kid has been supported and motivated at their respective levels. To date, our experience with coaches has been amazing - wholly professional with an ability to both lead a team, and find and motivate a kid as an individual. I highly recommend this club.
