Colorado EDGE Soccer Club is the Arvada Soccer Association, a community nonprofit formed in 1969, and it runs outdoor and indoor soccer camps year-round for boys and girls ages 4-19 at all ability levels. Camp offerings include technical skills training, individual and team camps, goalkeeper camps and speed and agility performance sessions. The club also runs recreational and competitive programs and TOPSoccer for children with disabilities, playing out of Stenger Soccer Complex, Long Lake Ranch and local Arvada parks and serving Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Denver and Golden. ★★★★★Erin FranksMy daughter spent her last couple years of club soccer there at Edge. It was an overall great experience for her and us as parents. She had Jay as her coach and he was absolutely amazing! He still sends the girls important information and is willing to help them. Most are off playing in college now. He doesn’t have to but does it because that is what a good coach that cares does. You could always tell he cared not only about winning but the girls. My daughter played at two other clubs prior but this felt like her home and wish she would have tried it sooner than she did!

★★★Jodi FitzgeraldEdge is ok- good for beginners- there are no coaches- so parents volunteer- zero skill growth as the coaches aren't actual soccer experts. Communication and being kept abreast of league happening and options is very limited- it's all word of mouth. Most practices (1/2) are canceled due to weather extreme protection of stranger field. Academy is the next step up and you're looking at 1300$$$ just to get started- and the kids are like 8yo. Again very limited communication- and zero female coaches. We've been satisfied for our daughters sake, but there's much growth in the area of communication and information exchange. Huge sticker show once you get on Academy.

The tryout process is fair and players are placed based on their level of play. They take chances on new players joining the club, and the coaching staff are professional and supportive of player development. Thank you for making my daughters last year of competitive soccer one of the best. She is looking forward on given back to the club as she moves on to play college soccer.
