Didn't allow me to use my guest pass for my guest. Have never had this problem at any other ymca. Was told internal policy denied guest passes.

Accommodating staff, clean facility, and nice child care employees. They have military discount which is nice. Missing a star only because some of their gym equipment is broken and the drink machine is out of order.

Reasonable membership and personal trainer fees. They offered a military discount which as a veteran is nice. Has a small children center and is kid friendly. Staff is usually friendly and helpful. Has nice locker rooms and showers which is great to clean off the sweat and change if you need to be somewhere after getting a workout in. Has a great pool and even offers classes on swimming and such. Some classes are provided free with a membership.

The pool was cold, the hot felt like bath water, and the locker room was freezing. I went and said something to the front desk. The two girls said something to the manager and he was disrespectful then he realize I was the one that made the complaint, he then changed his tone. I want to bring my kids to have fun, not for them to be shivering the whole time we are their.
