I want to warn everyone about the YMCA. They're stealing money from some accounts without authorization. I closed my account a year ago and they're stealing my money. I went to their office three months ago to ask about it but they don't care. This new management is complete garbage.

We had a family membership for a couple months it wasn’t for us you can never get basketball hoop for practice. The real reason I’m leaving a bad review is the woman running it the night we cancelled was talking about personal stuff at the counter and we waited a good fifteen minutes before being acknowledged. I don’t need to know if an employee left 15 minutes before her shift ended or if she’s over 30 years old and it’s time to grow up. The man she was training was trying to be attentive but she kept pulling attention away on how to do other stuff. DO. BETTER defiance YMCA

We go regularly! Their programs are super nice, even their family events! Facility is clean. I do however think they should have more of their "pool" rules and regulations posted. My son gets hassled about his age every time we go.
