Great machines and spacious environment with a reasonable fee, Bowling Green Community Center is the second best gym in BG except the REC Center of BGSU.

They setup pickleball courts, can set up to 4 courts at a time. The courts are shared between basketball, volleyball and pickleball players. The staff is friendly. There is a gym, walking path, table tennis, a climbing wall and etc.

Could use a real good cleaning! These are photos I snapped inbetween works out sets. These are just examples…pretty darn dirty for a community rec center. The other issue is that the weights area is small. So if there are more than 8 or 9 people, it feels super crowded. Those two things aside, it’s a good spot! You just have to be careful about what time you go so you have options in terms of workout equipment.

Decent place. Staff is friendly. It has just enough to get a workout in. Free weights/machines/cardio equipment is comparable to what a large hotel would offer. The indoor track is nice. The two power racks are always occupied during lunch. Three benches, of which at least one is being used by a woman to hold her water and towel....pretty annoying when you can't get the equipment you want. If I had to workout here regularly I would probably lose my mind for reasons such as this
