Great for people with shifting schedules, 3rds or night shifts too. It's usually quiet and hardly any crowd even during the day. Weekends tend to be busy, so plan accordingly. Highly recommend!

There is no pool so swim classes for kids won't happen here. The staff is friendly. The membership is a bit expensive, but could be worth it if you like to use just machines to work out. Overall, this isn't a bad location or gym.
