Google Reviews
Powered by GoogleI am not the person to leave bad reviews but I have no good things to say about my experience with this place. I paid the registration fees and asked when I would be hearing from a coach for my son’s scheduled practices. They told me I would get an email or text. Weeks go by I never receive anything other than an email from the company stating the first game is that Sunday. By this point, I still have not heard from a coach. We showed up, no coach was there. The next week, I called and finally received a number for a potential coach. Spoke to him, was told practice was day of. We went to the field and once again, no one was there. Multiple other families and kids were looking for the same coach that never showed. Luckily a very nice coach from another team let us join his practice. After that, still never received anything about a coach. Another week passes and I finally get a text from a coach. Coach Mike was great! (The one good thing I can say from this experience.) But sadly, no other kids were showing up. It was maybe a team of 3-4 which is not the coaches fault at all. Ultimately, there was no means to keep playing as a team when there was not enough kids. Celtics told us we were not able to receive a refund since our fees we paid are used to “rent the field” but we were never able to use it in the first place! I’m super upset by this experience since all I wanted was for my son to have fun! I will never go through this company again.
This is the second year of us having kids in this soccer league. It is by far the most disorganized and poorly run program I have ever seen. Your referees are absolute trash. Usually our referee is too busy on his phone to have any idea what is going on, today our new referee watched the green team kick, shove, hand-ball and did not blow the whistle at all. My daughters got shoved to the ground, kicked in the ribs and elbowed. Our goalie got kicked in the ribs twice and two of our other teammates got kicked and shoved more than once. Parents from the green team were yelling to their kids to kick our team in the ankles and elbow them. The ref did not care. The green team very clearly kicked the ball out of bounds three times and the ref gave them the ball each time. This is what I would expect from a FREE soccer league. We all paid for this. It is unacceptable. This is the exact same thing that we experienced last year but we opted to give it another chance thinking it was because of a bad coach, but it is not the coaches it is the organization. We all sign our kids up because they show an interest in soccer and your organization kills their enjoyment of the sport. I was hopeful that my girls would get really into soccer, because they were very excited when we signed up. Now after 3 games they have no enjoyment because of how things are run and the disappointment of constantly getting fouled but nothing happening. It's upsetting that the dysfunction your organization consists of ruins a sport for kids. In short, if your child has an interest in soccer, go elsewhere. This league is poorly managed and horrible. You will ruin your childs desire to play soccer by signing up with this league. Also ALL of the 5 star reviews are written by people who work for the soccer league, so you know in advance that our experience was not an isolated incident.
🍀Amazing Club & Dedicated Coaches even when my son became injured during the off season and was not able to technically “play” Celtics staff still included him in all of the team emails & regularly checked on his progress.
Poor communication. Lack of organization.
Excellent Coaches Who Not Only Coach Soccer But Develop The Player In A Professional & Personal Manner While Teaching Valuable Life Lessons. Top Notch Club. Highly Reccomended.
