Worst customer service ever. Had my child enrolled since summer. Asked if I could make up because my child is sick. They wouldn't allow him to after today. I've had similar issue with customer service before. These things are unavoidable! Instead of working with the customer, they just want to charge you, keep your money, have no possibility of returning, and will not recommend anyone coming here. Simple fix guys! Lesson learned, not coming back. Should just send my child to cough on them!

Here is my honest take. Looking back at our experience, I still feel we got ripped off. We gave them thousands for private lessons over 3-4 months. My daughter had a different instructor every time. They would treat it as a play time rather than skill building. We saw no progress except our bank account going low. I addressed it with their leadership and they offered some classes covered, but we have not utilized those because honestly there is no reason for her to return just to go threw the motions so I can feel better. I wish they just refunded us, but doubt that will happen. For parents, if you are looking for them to have safe water practice, i dont think premier is the place for you.

My daughter been coming here since her day 1 of her swimming class. All the instructor are young and very friendly. Each time of my daughter has her swimming class, she got too excited. The facility is very clean and spotless. The staff are very informative and friendly.

My son and I totally love this place! It is a total gem, inside and out. The instructors and staff are always kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. They put so much effort and care into ensuring a great experience learning experience. My son’s skills have substantially progressed since commencing. I feel completely confident his abilities to confidently explore in water will only continue to flourish under their guidance. They offer showers and changing stations and other services too.

Close to elementary school, swimming pool is under the tent. They have group classes for kids and private lesson for adult. but class duration only 30minutes, adult only 20minutes. Here parking is free, you can take shower, use card to self checkin. Also they have after school program, but till Feb.10th 2023 they don't provide transportation yet, maybe after months.
