Camp PGT, run by The Play Group Theatre, is a musical theatre and drama day camp in a 20,000-square-foot air-conditioned performing arts complex in downtown White Plains. Campers spend about half of each day in rehearsal toward a culminating performance and the rest on acting, musical theatre, dance and movement, Shakespeare, and stage combat; specialty tracks cover improv, sketch comedy, playwriting, design/tech, and filmmaking. Programs run one or two weeks and can be combined into three- or four-week experiences, grouped as Little Theatre (ages 4-6), PGT Kids (7-10), Young Actors' Ensemble (11-13), and Teen Conservatory (14+). PGT is a nonprofit that states it serves children and teens regardless of financial means.

Great program to start the kids off in drama , acting , Threater . A varieties of kids of meeting tall ages, working together to make a broadway show come into life. Months of rehearsals 2-3x a week , and the end , finally all those time and efforts comes the biggest achievement, to perform infront of a live Audiences.
Sign your kids up for PGT, you won't regret it! Our kids have learned independence, confidence and leadership skills, plus they have made amazing friends. Sending a recent PGT graduate off to college and I know that what she learned at PGT is what will make her successful there because she knows how to take risks, try new things. PGT will become an extended family for you!
My wife and I went to a Candlelight performance at this theater and really enjoyed our experience. The musicians were very talented and performed the pieces beautifully. Would recommend to any couple looking for a date night.
