If you are looking to join a Gym that has what you need on every level, I highly recommend the Perkins Family YMCA. The staff and services that are offered, truly bring a sense of community, health and wellness, and spirituality. This organization truly cares about their members, and makes sure that all of their needs are met and they are fully satisfied. Join the Perkins Family YMCA. You won't be disappointed.

Super overpriced for what they offer. Gym equipment is cramped and some of it is falling apart. There is virtually no room to do abs and stretching. People are constantly in your personal space. Only reason why I am a member is because they are the only gym in town and have a decent pickleball program. The workout area itself could use major improvements - especially for the price they charge monthly.

I love the Perkins Family YMCA. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, the facility (especially the women's locker rooms) is always clean, the equipment is well maintained, and the classes suit my needs perfectly. I enjoy every visit to this facility. Thank you, Tracy, for managing such a great facility.

I’ve only been at the Y for a couple of weeks and my experience as been far more than great, really enjoying the group classes. Looking forward to the rowing machine. More to follow I’m sure.

Over all it’s a great facility. Plenty of classes and training options. The only down side is the size of the actual gym floor. At times it gets crowded and most of the equipment (bench’s, barbells, dumbbells etc.) gets taken up for extended periods of time. It’s mostly after school lets out, and that leads me to by far my biggest complaint… after school lets out there are way too many kids (7-12 yo) in the weightlifting area with no supervision. Sitting on benches talking to friends and playing on equipment that people are trying to use. I get it, you have to allow some freedom and they took a “safety” course but maybe add a gym etiquette course or use the open room at the end of the hall for a 16 and up only weightlifting area. Like I said it’s a great facility overall. I’ve just had to change my normal training time to avoid the kids.
