Traditional day camp (ages 5–15) fills the day with arts and crafts, hiking, swimming, fort building, skits, and environmental education. Camp rotations run 9:00am–4:00pm, with extended care available.

The facility is clean especially the bathrooms the workout area has enough exercise equipment so you don't have to wait. I highly recommend this facility because it has a special seniors program with a lot of topics that are important to seniors. In fact I have discussed conducting a AI for seniors program there helping them make AI a friend and not a foe. Use your silver sneakers and come to the Ortho Indy YMCS
★★AJPros: The facility is clean and the equipment is newer. There are number of programs available. The staff are polite. Cons: There are no towels available. The pool is very crowded. The workout studio on the second floor is obnoxiously load and they leave the doors open.
★Frank BlacksherThis Y.M.C.A. on Lafayette Rd. is the very definition of incompetence, especially Valerie. I made a change in membership and she continued to charge the credit card associated with the old account. She was given the new credit card but did not add the new one. The staff at this location either was not provided training or is flagrantly disregarding it. Cleanliness is another problem at this location. I contacted the supposed director of the location and she never returned my call to resolve the matter. Again, incompetence. I should have known better than to even enroll at this location once I saw the accoutrements on display. Do not frequent this location under any circumstances.

★★★★★Heather LandThis YMCA is one of the cleanest locations you will find. I love how each member can use a disinfectant bottles and towels to wipe down equipment after use. Other locations have disinfectant spread out in designated spots and make you use paper towels, which rip every time you try to disinfect equipment. It’s so nice at this location. Also, the staff are incredibly nice at the Ortho Indy location. I would also like to state that the members are also incredibly nice people. It is a great community to workout in.
