Our Scout Troop uses the pool for swim checks. Lifeguards were very helpful and friendly. Pool was clean and very nice.

The childcare area is lacking. The lead teacher is always on her phone. I talked with the childcare director and nothing has changed. The kids mainly watch TV the whole time. All of the other YMCA locations in the area hardly ever have a TV on ….let alone for a 1 year old.

I came in yesterday wanting to join ymca around 1:00 pm! I was at front desk and stood there. Three people in office saw me through the window. I was there ten minutes and no one said hello or ask if I needed anything at front desk. I felt a cold greeting and I am not type of person that's writes reviews. But atmosphere was unfriendly. I would think twice about joining this ymca at bost club rd., maybe other ymca to join

While I enjoy the y lately this location has become over run with large families typically 1 adult to 3 children. Even the free weight room with kids using the weights under the age of 14. I get kids need to workout too but this is ridiculous getting run into by kids just running around the cardio area. More machines with children than adults.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had such a great experience at the YMCA this past year! The staff is always so nice, friendly, and supportive—it really feels like a community. The classes are amazing, and the instructors like Rachel and Koy make them so much fun and motivating. I’ve seen so much progress thanks to their energy and encouragement! I also want to mention the Playhouse team—they’re always so kind and caring. Rylea is the best! She’s always so helpful and goes above and beyond. I’m so grateful for the positive environment here!
