Terrible employees currently there Just kicked off my 2 siblings for walking on the treadmill? With adult supervision by the way Thought this gym was supposed to be for families

The indoor track area has been closed for almost a year now. Supposedly they are "doing work" but there is no activity up there ever, no construction, nothing. Only excuses and phony reassurance that "It will be open soon" - but it's been close to a year. This gym has seriously gone downhill. Members complain about things being broken/not working and nothing gets addressed or fixed. With the amount of money they receive from membership fees, I don't understand it. Even the staff complain about the poor leadership. This place is becoming a disgrace. I'm not even sure who the current director is, but we miss the previous director Marjorie. She used to walk the floor and listen to members. If this doesn't improve, a lot of us will be cancelling our memberships and moving on.

They change the adult lap pool schedule every other week 🤔

It's a clean gym, but it's lacking in equipment. Especially in the strength training area, there's a significant shortage of essential machines, and the equipment is very limited. The weight room, where most people go, is very cramped, so you can't move around freely. I've been going to this gym for over three years, and considering all of this, the membership is more expensive than what the gym actually offers.

Has some of the nastiest people working there especially the lady that works at the front desk at night time. She stops me as I am coming in as usual to tell me with a straight face that I owe them two months of membership fees and if if I do not pay they will terminate my membership in few days. This came to me as news as I am coming in regularly and scanning my ID and nobody said anything about the payment not received before today. They have my credit card information on file and charge my card regularly in the beginning of each month. She did not provide any good answer as for why they did not collect the fee as my credit is valid with plenty of funds and is being used by me on daily bases every where. She also said falsely that they called me. And, I absolutely have no records of that. Again and again kept telling me to pay or lose my membership. This is the way they are treating a member of the organization for more than 20 years who is in good standing and used to bring my entire family there. It is disgusting to say the least.
