★★★★★Emily McLennanNext Level is the BEST! This is a great program that really cares about the players. Their customer service is top-notch. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I had some questions and Omar replied quickly and answered everything. My son participates in their Flag Football program and absolutely loves it. They teach not only the skills of the sport, but teamwork, commitment, and camaraderie. I highly recommend this organization no matter the skill level your child is at. Fantastic experience all around!
★★★★★Olivia TuivaiSigning my boys up for Next Level Sports Flag Football was such a great experience! The customer service was awesome from start to finish. Everyone was super friendly, patient, and quick to help with all my questions (and I had a few 😄). The whole sign‑up process was easy and stress‑free, which I really appreciated as a busy parent. You can tell they genuinely care about the kids and the families they work with, not just getting people registered and moving on. I’m so glad we chose Next Level Sports, and I’m excited for my boys to get out on the field. Highly recommend to any parents looking for a fun, well‑run program with great people behind it!
★★★★★Kendra FranchiWe recently signed our boys up for flag football with Next Level Sports, and so far we’ve been really impressed. Even though this is our first season with the league, the experience has been great from the start. The staff has been super responsive, organized, and clearly committed to creating a positive experience for the kids and families. Communication has been timely and helpful, which makes a big difference as a parent. We’re excited for the season ahead and really appreciate the professionalism and care they’ve shown so far!
★★★★★Alex ManningUnfortunately both of my kids decided they did not want to participate in flag football this season but while it may took a few days to get a response the Next Level Sports customer service team was great. They were understanding and accommodating. Willing to refund me or even save as a credit for another season. I appreciate the flexibility and understanding very much!
★★★★★Michael VidraThe Next Level Flag Football program in Danville and San Ramon have been outstanding. This upcoming season will be my families 4th season with Next Level. Very well organized on both the practice/game days as well as the back end communication to figure out how to register and modify registration. Definitely recommend this program to get started in any sport.
