Be careful when registering for NESS camps. I canceled the morning after registering, long before the June session dates, and NESS still kept $70 in registration fees. In my experience, those fees were itemized during checkout, but the non-refundable nature of them was not clearly disclosed on the checkout page before payment. Tuition was refunded, but the retained fees were not.

This facility houses the kindest, most thoughtful, brilliant educators i have found. The homeschool offerings are incredible, and the summer camps bring learning disguised as fun! The lesson can be "let's learn about lift," and the kids will learn about how wind affects the wing of a plane or a sail on a boat. Then they leave the classroom and go sailing so that they can see the science in action. Brilliant!

I wish i had known about the parking. For an older person tbis is challenging with a walking disabity.

This place is so awesome! We attended sailfest and it was absolutely outstanding. Most of our group were new to Kayaking and sailing and the teachers and staff were amazing. And the aquatic center was fascinating. We'll be back for classes!
