The staff is amazing. They're all so genuine & passionate with their love & support for the Blind and visually impaired children of Las Vegas. They offer so much for the kids, from cooking classes, dance, girls & boys scouts, fun Fridays, summer camp & so much more.
Wonderful place for kids with vision issues. They're so sweet and love all kids. If your child has no/low vision go see them. They can help you in lots of ways and also offer support for the kids. I love them
NBCF should translate to AMAZING! Discovering this place and the wonderful people who make up the organization was equal to hitting the JACKPOT! Being the parent to a visually impaired child is as challenging as it is rewarding. We were connected with NBCF via Facebook just shy of our 90 day mark of being Las Vegas residents and at the end of a stressful transition for my son, the move from his old school in NY to here was rocky & my ray of sunshine was loosing his luster. I think within a week of me learning about NBCF their children’s summer camp program began. By the end of the first day my son had the smile I had been longing to see, by the end of the first week he not only was back to the smiling happy go lucky son I know but he was full of stories about his adventures and hopes of future events with his new friends and as he calls them teachers, and please don’t forget BUDDY!! (The dog) I can’t begin to Thank ANY of the people who makes this place possible enough. What your facility offers these children is so special and even more importantly NECESSARY for the growth and development of visually impaired children. If I could give you a MILLION star rating I would... I look forward to having NBCF as a part of our family for a long time to come.
This Foundation is a miracle to our family. They've always been available and more than willing to help us with our 7 yr old daughter whose visually impaired. The NBCF is non profit, they offer numerous events and activities for the blind and visually impaired children. They give our chikdren there first opportunities to a world full of wonderful and beautiful things. The staff is truly amazing. Their kindness and devotion to caring for each one of the children is so genuine. Even the volunteers ate truly amazing people too. I love the NBCF for what they've done for my daughter.
