Powered by GoogleI've tried for a week to get a hold of someone to ask questions about scheduling a birthday party and get told by the front desk receptionist she doesn't know about that and apparently only one lady named Jocelyn? Is the only one that can answer questions about parties there but doesn't ever answer her phone, doesn't check her voicemail, or maybe she does and just doesn't return calls, or is in meetings and then I'm told to call back in a few hours and then no one answers the phones. Terrible customer service. Ridiculous only one woman has knowledge and is the only one that can answer questions about parties. I'll take my party and money elsewhere.
Fantastic instructors and great classes. They also prioritize the surrounding community.
I love going here with my family. My husband and i love hitting the gym upstairs. We take our youngest to the kids play area there while we work out. Our oldest likes to play basketball in the downstairs courts. Great place to swim too when the pool is open during summer.
Sizeable free weight and Precor machine workout room. A few machines are missing (lat pulldown cable) but you'll still find what you need. Elizabeth has the warmest welcome of any Y. Thanks!
Best family gym ever! First they have many family events such as Thanksgiving, Halloween and Christmas. The pool has an adult slide, kids slide and much much more. Bigger kids can exercise in the gym equipment area with adult supervision. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and make you feel like family. I highly recommend YMCA especially if you have kids. There are many sports, education and other learning programs for adults and kids. Don't forget Parents Night Out!
