Rudest and most unprofessional staff ever. Foul mouthed, pushy, and just generally unpleasant. I've spoken with 6 others wo had this same experience, especially with one female staff member who was screaming and cussing at me when I asked basic questions. She has no business being around children.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This does not reflect the actual coach/es, but the company and how things are handled. Last season we registered with a request to have my son in his previous team with his best friend. Even though I registered late there was still a long period before the season started. My son was not put in the team we requested. We reached out to ask for a correction or a compromise, which was to put the two boys together in a team. None of my calls or emails were answered until 3 weeks into practices/games. At this point we had already made other plans as we assumed nothing would be done. When I asked for a refund it was not given. And I have tried to call and emailed the company a lot of times for about 2 weeks and no one responded in any way. I'm was trying to reach out to see if a certain team has space for my son as I don't want to register him without knowing that and then not getting money back if the outcome isn't what we had asked for. Absolutely terrible!!! The coach we had so far has been great.

My daughter used to be very excited about soccer. MSI is not proactive in supporting girls. When she attended a camp this summer, she was placed on a team with all boy campers and male coaches. It seems to not have crossed anyone at MSI’s minds that isolating girls in such a way does not foster a love of the sport. The camp director told me to contact the main office about a refund. I exchanged a few emails with a person in the office. He asked a question that I had already answered in my initial email and that could have been answered by the camp director had they been in contact with each other. It therefore became clear that they were not, in fact, interested in improving camper experiences and specifically the experiences of girls. He offered a free MSI camp in the future (instead of the refund I was requesting) but it was too little too late. Every moment of a young person’s life is too precious to spend participating in sub-par organization like MSI.
