I got myself and my sister memberships at this location for 5 months. After all this time, hundreds of dollars later. My sister had attended no more than 3-4 times and 0 times for me over the course of said 5months (due to heavy work schedule) so I canceled our membership. Obviously. However because of their “policy” they are forcing me to pay for an extra month!!!?! As if I didn’t give them enough free money already!! 0 stars for terrible customer service and lack of integrity.

Management has zero interest in members being able to use weight machines in a timely manner. FREQUENTLY folks are taking 5-10-15 minutes on one machine rather than moving to another machine or simply sitting in a (readily available) chair. Management is well aware of this issue and say it is "system wide"...It's simply a question of making and IMPLEMENTING a policy to keep folks from 'resting' between reps sitting on a machine. There is plenty of staff to make a sweep every 10 minutes and advise folks not moving weights to free up the machine. This could be solved in a few weeks with some signage and gentle reminders. I visited recently, and at one time half the Matrix machines were out of circulation due to clueless members staring into space, playing with phones, whatever. Meanwhile 4 employees at the entrance desk as I left....

I had a really disappointing experience when I brought a guest with me to this location. My friend was interested in joining the YMCA, so I invited them as a guest to check it out before committing to a membership. Instead of being welcomed, the front desk staff was rude about it, saying it was already 3:45 and they closed at 5. That kind of treatment left a bad impression, and unfortunately, my friend decided not to sign up after that.
