Powered by GoogleThis has been the absolute best YMCA for me!!! 💕 I was given a thorough tour by a very helpful gentleman after registering with curtious staff at the desk. Everyone there felt like a family that was put together better than any I have ever encountered. I travel and can hardly wait to get back! Other Y's have been very nice, but this one is definitely the ultimate home 💕🦄
It's crazy to me that they flat out refused to let my son play teeball even though the league doesn't start for another month. I understand we missed registration but we're new here and my son just wants to play baseball. Pretty disappointed I couldn't even get 5 min of anyone's time.
Brought my granddaughter to run on the treadmill. She had been asking to go to the gym to run. Mid afternoon so it wasn’t crowded. Lots of cardio machines, circuit machines and weight equipment. I think the machines were just a bit too crowded together. Place was clean and loved that you didn’t need a lock. Locks were built into the lockers.
Great place. They are friendly and they have great tennis courts. The workout room is fantastic.
terrible customer service ! if i could leave a zero star i would. if you can go to the southgate location i would recommend you do so. a woman named denise works at this location, an older woman who is VERY disrespectful. if you look at previous reviews about an older woman this is her. she is flat out rude to everyone who comes in ! i was not greeted and upon asking to check in was told she can kick me out of her building for not having my check in badge? kick me out for what? i then asked for whoever was above her, since she claimed she was a manager. a younger woman came up and acted like she would help but had the same attitude. she then left the desk with the younger woman LOUDLY disrespecting me and my family once again, and came back 5 minutes later trying to antagonize by saying she would leave a bad note on my account about me. her coworkers are great tried helping me after and agreed how disrespectful and rude she was, and even offered new badges to check in. Finally the director came up and denise suddenly wanted to apologize after her co worker told her she was wrong 😂. this is at 8pm on a week day so i understand everyone is tired and ready to go home but working in customer service you should have some self control and respect for your paying customers ! after all that i decided i will cancel my membership and take my business elsewhere. i will be filing a complaint with the highest up. this woman needs to be fired.
