My family loves the Rec department and the variety of different programs they offer for the whole family. Like many, we’ve been long time residents of Menomonee Falls, we love our community, and having access to a great rec department has been the cherry on top. Although, I will add that I wish the employee’s who answer the phone in the office were a little more pleasant. Over the years I’ve reached out to ask the occasional question, and more often than not, have been met with short and often snarky responses. I just wanted to share this feedback because we love this program and I know so many others do as well. It’s not a good feeling to call with a very general question, and be met with someone that sounds unfriendly, sometimes even condescending, or getting talked over before I could finish my question. I’m sure your office staff is very busy and deals with a lot. However, I just wanted to share that it is apparent in the level of customer service I’ve received over the years. I do not look forward to calling, and it does suck a little bit of the enjoyment from the overall experience. Aside from that, we love the rec and appreciate all of the hard work ALL of your staff pour into our community.
