The Marist SportsPlex on S. Ridgeland Avenue in Palos Heights is the athletic complex of Marist High School, a Catholic college prep in Chicago, and hosts the school's summer camps and clinics for grade-school children. Marist's athletic department runs roughly twenty sport-specific camps and clinics across boys' and girls' programs - baseball, basketball, bowling, cross country and track, football, golf, hockey, lacrosse, rugby, soccer, tennis, volleyball, wrestling, cheerleading, flag football, poms, softball and swimming - plus non-athletic offerings such as literature and technology camps. Sessions are grade-banded and short: examples include a boys' baseball camp for children entering grades 1-3, a RedHawk Kiddie softball camp on throwing, fielding, hitting, pitching, catching and base running, a sand volleyball camp for grades 6-8 and a dance clinic for kindergarten through 8th grade, taught in small groups by the varsity coaching staff and players. Each camp registers separately through the school's site.
