★★Erica AbrahamWe were disappointed with our experience at Mad Science. The party felt very overpriced for what was actually included, and overall it did not meet our expectations. While the staff was friendly, the activities were shorter and less engaging than we anticipated for the cost. One activity was making slime, but the ingredients were put into a cup for the kids and they got about 20 seconds to mix it with a popsicle stick and that was definitely not what the kids wanted. After paying $600 for a show that lasted about 30 minutes, the kids were able to explore the “science center”, which was 2 small rooms with legos, blocks and magnets mostly. Unfortunately, we didn’t feel the value matched the price we paid.

★Beth HabbelMy kids went through their after school program March 2026 through Holy Family in Rochester and neither enjoyed it. The classroom environment was disruptive and not well managed. My 2nd graders said they had already learned some of what they were teaching. They were so bored there and didn't want to go back after a couple of sessions. We were not offered any refund. As a parent it's disappointing to place children in a program with the intent of keeping them engaged with STEM activities and have this happen. It was a waste of our money.

★★★★★Anthony ShamounWe had a great experience for my son's First Communion luncheon. Andrew from Mad Science did a wonderful job. He came out the restaurant/private room where we were hosting a luncheon. Andrew arrived on time, and setup and cleaned up after himself. The kids had a great time and were entertained while also learning a few things. The entertainment lasted a little over an hour, and had the cotton candy upgrade which was a party favorite amongst the kids.
