The Louisa County Aquatic Facility is the county Parks, Recreation & Tourism department's outdoor three-pool complex — a junior Olympic pool, an activity pool for games and exercise classes, and a toddler pool with a fountain sprinkler — open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Programming is open swim plus swim lessons, lap swim, water-fitness classes such as AquaFit and Aqua Zumba, family nights and an annual pooch plunge, and it is the home pool of the Louisa Gators, a recreational summer-league swim team open to children ages 5-18. It is a public pool facility rather than a summer camp; the county runs its childcare and Kids Zone programs separately.
The practical details
We list only what the camp itself publishes, and programs change — dates, prices, ages and availability can all move after we check. Confirm the details on the camp’s own website and contact Louisa County Aquatic Facility directly before you register or pay. Last checked August 2026.

Pool is well kept, prices are reasonable, perfect for a day out. Has a booth to purchase small food items, bathrooms with showers and changing stalls, and staff are freindly. Has main pool with 2 swim lanes, second shallower pool, and kid area pool.
I absolutely love these guys! I have been able to workout swimming 1500 to 2000 meters everyday! Thank you to the staff they are amazing!
Life guards are always vigilant and rotated. Staff is friendly. They provide life jackets for children that need them free of charge. Low entry fee. 3 different pools and concession. Plenty of seating does get busy on weekends.
My fiance and I took my grandkids and they had a ball....We all did!
