Powered by GoogleEvening workouts here are energetic, almost like everyone is pushing each other without saying anything. I usually do cardio first, then weights, but treadmills are sometimes occupied so I wait a few minutes. Staff tries to manage rotation fairly. Music is loud enough to stay motivated but not distracting. One time the AC felt weak during peak rush, but it improved after they adjusted settings.
I love, love, love the YMCA! It’s always clean, the staff is courteous and responsive, and it’s just a great place to relax and work out. I want to shout out all the front desk staff in particular - they’re all so nice and always put a smile on my face. I hope they know how much they are appreciated!
Fantastic staff. Clean facility. Plenty of equipment to work out and a decent sized basketball court. The leadership I've met there have a good pulse on the community and really care. I'd recommend anyone in the area stopping in to check them out for sure.
USE CAUTION IN THIS FACILITY. My wife & daughter were using the shower to rinse off after the pool and while my wife was trying to wash my 18 month old daughter's hair the bench collapsed and both of them fell to the ground in the shower. No manager in the facility or reachable on the weekend or on Monday after the incident. So sad for a new facility to have this type of workmanship. Both were very lucky they didn't get severely injured or impaled by the screws when if fell.
Beautiful clean facility. The room where the baby shower we attended was just the right size and perfect to have room to prepare food, eat, and still have the kids running around. The playground above the baseball field was nice and clean and my daughter loved the "rock wall" and slide. Only reason it's not 5 stars is the signage for the restrooms was only right outside them so you had to wander a bit to find them because at first you think it's only offices down the hall.
