If you’re looking for a gym full of bros and chics taking tons of selfies for their Instagram then this gym is not for you. Instead what you get is a small neighborhood rec center that is clean and has friendly staff. Gym and cardio is limited but there’s enough equipment for most to get a solid workout. The weight and cardio area tends not to be very crowded and even when it is folks are friendly and considerate. Appears most users for the center are here with kids for gymnastics or swimming which I don’t use so have no insight into how good those facilities are.

We had my daughter’s birthday party there today. Everything was great until the end. I take full responsibility for not having my party cleared out on time because I thought we had a full hour instead of 45 minutes. The woman at the front desk came in and yelled at us that we were supposed to be out right now. I was very apologetic and rushed to get everything cleaned up asap and was out within 5 min. She then proceeded to yell at us again while we were cleaning. She was very rude and could have handled the situation in a much better way. I will not be throwing another party there. Also I had booked the party there several months ago so a reminder of what time we needed to be out would have been very helpful.

This place seems a little dated. it's very small and doesn't have an open floor plan so you are going down corridors to find where you need to be. the gym seemed cramped as I walked by. I was there to take my kid to a volleyball clinic, and the staff wasn't very welcoming. they just told kids to start warming up and throwing balls at them. no intro to parents for the first class, nothing. neighborhood seems nice. There are a lot of big green trees.

Our daughter was in the preschool program at Lilley Gulch, she’s now off to kindergarten. Cindy and all of the teachers of this program have been beyond amazing! My husband and I always felt lucky and at peace knowing she was in loving hands and a caring environment while she was there. The communication from the staff is wonderful and thorough, our daughter had so much fun here and she learned A LOT! They definitely helped us prepare her for the next milestone. This program is wonderful and I recommend it to anyone looking for a preschool!

We've been coming here for years for children's gymnastics, and this place is wonderful! It is clean, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. When our youngest was 2-3 years old she came to the drop-in gymnastics classes, which are all-access play in the gymnastics area with trampolines, foam pits, rings, bars and all sorts of other gymnast tools. Now that she's older, she's in a weekly class that helps her body awareness, coordination and confidence. Victoria is the head of gymnastics and is incredibly helpful and warm. I love this place, and I anticipate we'll be coming for many more years, and we will be getting our other kids into gymnastics now, too.
