Taking an intermediate tennis courses and today one of those sessions falls on Mother’s Day. Most if not all players will be absent today to celebrate mothers or be celebrated as a mother themselves. No make up classes or alternatives are being offered. How does that make sense and how is that fair to the people who’ve payed? Major heads up if you sign up for these 6-week courses and it’s either cancelled or falls on a major holiday. Mo accommodations will be made.

I enjoyed the pickleball class series (Ben was a very knowledgeable teacher), but want to flag Lifetime’s cancellation policy. One of six classes (~$34 value) was cancelled due to rain. The only makeup options offered were two dates in a very short window, which didn’t work with my schedule. I asked for either an extended makeup window or a refund and was told neither was possible. If your schedule isn’t quite flexible, be aware you may lose the value of a class due to circumstances outside your control.

I’m actually not a tennis or pickleball player, but I pass by this place quite often when I’m at the nearby park, and it’s always a great vibe. There’s something really energizing about hearing the rhythm of the games—the sound of rackets, people playing, and the overall activity on the courts. It brings a lot of life to the area and makes the whole park feel more active and welcoming. I’ve even stopped by the water fountain here a few times, and everything has always been clean and well maintained. From what I can see, the facility is taken care of and consistently in good shape. Even as a passerby, this place adds a lot to the community. It’s one of those spots that just makes the area feel more alive.

My daughter absolutely loves her tennis lessons here! The office staff is welcoming and organized, and the coaches are fantastic—patient, encouraging, and skilled. I really appreciate that they offer different levels of lessons, so kids can grow at their own pace. She has improved so much and looks forward to every class!

ABSOLUTELY love our new gym!! I have been waiting for this place to open for a while, particularly as they have lots of kids, activities and sports to keep the little ones busy while I get my workout in. The sauna and spa is a perfect way to end a hard workout. The classes are AWESOME and the instructors are very much invested in your success. Large indoor basketball hoop is also state of the art and my kids love playing here after their classes. It is a bit pricey of a gym however, I think for all the perks you get and how great the new facility is it’s definitely worth it. In addition, if you are signature, remember if you had access to lifetime fitness all over North America (including Canada) which is helpful seeing that we travel so much.
