Laid-back Fitness is a family fitness facility in Warwick built around ninja rigs and obstacle courses. Alongside its Young Ninjas classes for ages 4 and up, it runs half-day ninja and obstacle-course summer camps for kids ages 6 and up, teaching ninja skills through games and challenges.

Highly suggested Did a quick screen with Ryan last week and we talked about my fitness plan and goals. He was extremely thorough in the assessment process as well as with sharing the findings. He has a really unique way to look at movement and to bring you through his screen process. He shared his findings in a way that was easy to understand. In all, I highly suggest that you give Ryan the chance to impress and you give his staff the opportunity to provide a fun way to move and get stronger!
★★★★★BGreat facility with professional, supportive staff. We had thirty people for my son's 8th birthday party, and Eddie did a great job making sure everybody had a safe good time. The gym has steel rail scaffolding from which they suspend all sorts of ropes, rings, bars and whirling contraptions, with lots of soft matting and foam structures below, a great variety of obstacles, climbing surfaces, and really great staff who pretty much set up everything and handle the kids. There's an offset area where parents can chill, and totally separate area for cake and festivities. Looks like a great fitness gym, but I really have no idea. I can definitely say its a fantastic place to host an eighth birthday. Six stars and thanks!

Very quick to disassemble birthday party decorations. Maybe they had another party ? Slightly hard to find. It's in the back of a plaza. Kind of hidden. Not a lot of parking.
