Powered by GoogleWe had my son’s birthday party here in March. Everyone had a great time, so much fun! And having the party at kids unplugged made it so much easier for us parents.
Today I took my grandkids (5 & 2.5) to “open gym”. The lack of safety precautions and forward thinking regarding safety was shocking to me, to say the least. They have a couple of rock walls, great! The only way down is to fall, catch your kid, or climb back down. I did not see one child with the ability to climb down. There is a smaller rock wall that leads to a big open window cut through plywood. There were two ways down, 1) climb 2) slide down a slide that ended with a hard landing. The slide was supported up by a foam block. One edge was taped, seemed to be used to hold it together OR mask a sharp edge. I thought, I’ll take them to the craft room, that will be safe. There was a stapler for the kids use. One of the girls stapled her finger. That can’t have been the 1st time it happened, but they left the stapler for routine use. The concept is great. Once upon a day, it was possibly in excellent condition. In my opinion, some safety issues should be addressed. It seemed to have been designed by what kids like to do, not taking into consideration how to maximize safety.
Massive disappointment! Your hours are from 9 AM to 4 PM. I showed up at 9:45 this morning with my two toddlers. Purchased tickets for the day on your website, and there is no one to be found here at “kids Unplugged” My oldest is so disappointed. Bslling her eyes out. Not cool ladies. You are running a business that caters to children. Need I say more. Not sure how I can find myself coming back. What a real shame. ☹️
We have been attending gymnastics class at Kids Unplugged for many years as well as a few birthday parties! Our daughter has grown to love the facility, staff, and the love for gymnastics. It’s given her the opportunity to grow in many ways including physically, emotionally, and some independence. She has gained self confidence in trusting herself and trying new things. The teachers have gone above and beyond to make our experience with them and their programs not only safe but fun and comfortable! Our family is super excited to see what this year brings for our sweet girl at Kids Unplugged!
They worked with me throughing my daughts last minute party. Everything was amazing. Great place to have a party for kids. And the adults can play, too. We opted for face paint and the bouncy house. The girl who does the face painting was amazing. So worth the money (was a great price too) We will definitely be having more parties here. The place is a bit difficult to find. It shares space with another company and you have to keep your eyes out for the signs they have up.
