Bought tickets to a concert. Front row seats. Couldn't see the guitarist or drummer. Took months to get hold of someone. Instead of asking for a refund. I asked for a couple tickets to an upcoming show that still had seats left. I was told no refunds and If I wanted to go to a future show I can buy tickets. Will be filing with consumer protection as instructed or limited view ticket must be listed as such. I don't think I was asking for much.

1. If youre gonna have a 4+ hour double feature, have it be in the theater that has comfortable chairs. 2. Have parking that accommodates 4+ hour events. 5 stars because I didnt want to affect your rating, but I really wanted to go here, just not deal with the listed above.

Unbelievable experience, whet to see White Christmas November 15th and It was so amazing had a smile on my face the whole time there. The beautiful voices of these individuals, the talent and costumes were just incredible. Thank you too all the work that went into this production and the wonderful job all the actors and actresses did and all the staff that made this possible!

Beautiful facility; nicely integrated with the existing architecture and landscape. The theater we were in was small, but not cramped. Audio bleed from the other theater was a bit of a bummer, but didn't substantially detract from the experience

Being a patron member is a great idea, and membership doesn't cost very much. Helping our community by volunteering or donating brings pride in oneself, and I hope that everyone tries it. Phil Hart Oakland, Me.
