I toured Kid Scholars Academy while researching preschool options for my child. This school was one of the top on my list. The children I observed appeared happy, engaged, and involved in activities, and I appreciated that the classrooms had schedules posted, which showed structure and routine throughout the day. Unfortunately, my experience with their administration was disappointing. I had called the week before and scheduled a tour, but when I arrived, the front desk staff member (who I spoke to and arranged the visit) appeared surprised. She exchanged looks with the director, placed a sheet of paper in front of me without saying a word, grabbed her bag, and left. I had to speak up and state that I had personally spoken with her the previous week to arrange my visit. After this awkward moment the director started my tour. There was no information packet prepared, and I had to ask for basic materials such as a sample menu rather than having those items offered during the tour. As a prospective parent, I left feeling that my questions and requests were more of an inconvenience than a welcomed part of the process. At the end of the tour, the director apologized and told me she wasn’t informed about my arrival and that her assistant (the front desk staff member) must have forgotten. I appreciated the apology, but I clarified again that I personally spoke to her assistant and scheduled this a week prior to my visit. I understand that unexpected circumstances happen and everyone has difficult days, but first impressions matter when families are deciding where to entrust the care and education of their children. What made this especially disappointing was that Kid Scholars Academy has so many excellent reviews. Those reviews had made me genuinely excited and optimistic about touring the school, which is why I was particularly disappointed that my experience didn't reflect the warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness that so many other families have described. I do want to note that the children themselves seemed happy and engaged, and the classroom environment appeared structured and positive. I did not get a tour of the playground so I cannot speak on that. I also appreciated the discount that was offered on the tuition. However, the administrative experience made it difficult for me to feel confident moving forward.

My daughter love this school. The staff is friendly and understanding. Every day when I pick my daughter up from school she always make sure to tell every staff member good-bye. She comes home singing a new nursey rhyme that was taught in class, making animal sounds and naming that animal. She's only 2 and can count pass 20. My daughter has learned so much while attending this school. She has been there since she was about 10 months old. I appreciate the staff for providing a safe, fun learning, and friendly environment for my daughter.

My daughter has been attending KSA for about 2 months and so far I have no complaints . She’s now 4 about to be 5 months and her teachers are super sweet with her. I’m always informed at pick up if anything about her was off like her eating or sleeping. My daughter always has the biggest smile when coming in to greet her teachers.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this daycare. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and supported. The staff is so caring and genuinely invested in the kids. My child has grown so much socially and academically and comes home happy every day. The classrooms are clean, organized, and full of engaging activities. This daycare truly feels like an extension of our family, and I’m so grateful for the love they show my child.

My child enrolled into Kids Scholars Academy back in August 2024. I had nothing but great experiences for drop off, pick up and anytime really. This school has helped my little boy learn so much, but the greatest improvement I saw was his vocabulary. Shout out to all the teachers and staff because it truelly shows how much you care for the kids every single day.
