I could not be happier with my daughter’s experience at Keystone! We researched camps and are so thankful we landed on the perfect place for her where her personality shined and she could truly be her best self! She gained so many friendships and opportunities to learn and grow. Her counselors were amazing, and the communication from camp and the organization of drop off and pick off were impressive. I felt confident our camper was having the best time, and this was confirmed when we picked her up. Thank you Keystone Camp!

I truly never wrote reviews but felt I should in this case. I attended this camp in the 1990s myself and only stumbled upon it in Google maps kind of for two reasons — my daughter is attending a different camp nearby (not because I wouldn’t have sent her her…we had reasons for choosing a Jewish summer camp for her). I also looked it up because I recently found myself reading the new novel Happy Land and wanted to see just how close by it was to Camp Keystone. I have such fond memories of this camp! I was also shocked to see how similar the photos look, perhaps minus some updates to the tennis courts and other areas? I even think I saw Page, the camp director, in one of the photos from a few years ago! For anyone wondering about a female only camp…my personal experience was extremely positive, and I even think that it made it potentially more positive during the difficult middle school years. It really took down the pressure and allowed us to be ourselves, I think. I can’t speak to recent changes but based on the similarities I see and my own experience from years ago, I wouldn’t hesitate to send my child here and wanted to share that for those wondering since camp is a big decision. I think I even still have a small collapsible Camp Keystone cup in my house all the way on the west coast and probably will always keep it at this point for the sentimentality…

My daughter had an amazing first sleep away camp experience last summer at Keystone and the camp personnel and overall environment instantly put this anxious mama’s heart at ease. She’s counting down the days until she heads there this summer. Excellent cabins, fantastic food, caring staff, a wide variety of unique activities, and an environment curated to build confidence, creativity, and independence create the perfect camp experience for girls.

Our daughters have been attending Keystone Camp for 5 years. Camp is a second family for them. The friendships they’ve formed with other campers and counselors are strong and true. The staff are wonderful to work with and know each of our daughters personally. While all the activities are great, what’s most special about KC are the character building values they instill in each girl. My daughters have developed leadership skills, independence, compassion and a strong sense of self.
