Plenty of equipment, and the pool and hot tub are good. They also offer a dry suana. They have classes and also can teach you to use the equipment individually. There are requesting ball courts, a climbing wall, an indoor track, and basketball courts that can be used for badminton.

The 4-lane (2 for walking and 2 for running) 1/7 mile track on the top floor overlooks the entire center, including 3 courts and 35-foot climbing wall, is amazing. The walking/running track's flooring offers shock resistance, and the many windows offers the feeling of being outside among the clouds. As a hiker, this is a great place to get my steps in and strength train but still feel like I'm on a open trail heading on my next adventure. While things do get stolen from cubbies, so don't take in or leave behind your important stuffs, the rec center staff are helpful, and the students and community partakers are typically kind and keep to their selves or groups. Really it's an amazing recreational facility with vortex and lap pools and a hot tub and showers, makes membership fees worth it!

We've been having Kiddo's bday parties here for years. For a group with widely varying kid ages and lots of adults who want to have some fun too, it's a great environment. Parties allow up to 30 people, the pool is wonderfully comfortable and warm, and has great features like a full ramp for chair access, a vortex, a separate one-foot deep section that's great for a parent with an infant or toddler. The "wet classroom" is on the pool deck but with a closing door that makes it easier to safely track small kids, and without concern for changing out of swimsuits during the party just to get cake. There's a door with access to a fenced outdoor patio as well. Seriously the lowest stress party events we've ever had, and everyone loves them. We've also found them to be less expensive and more flexible about invitees than most other kid bday options. Even if we were ever to hit the 30 person limit, it would be easy to pay for the extras on the day, and not expensive (extra 5 or 10 per person?). Can't recommend it highly enough. It's BYO-snacks and drinks, which is affordable and customizable.

always clean. free rock climbing on Fridays. locker rooms were switched at some point in the past so the men's locker room is spacious, has privacy and a wall of mirrors as it was intended for women. I've heard the women's locker room is open with only two small mirrors. The showers are not consistent in pressure. They have saunas in the locker rooms as well. Lots of equipment rentals available, racketball courts, indoor soccer space, badminton set up on certain days. Three areas of weights and equipment, treadmills bicycles etc.. the pool area is divided between 6 lane lap pool and a therapeutic leisure pool area with a vortex and whirlpool. Much more that I cam write about.

Awesome place! My kids had swimming class there before the pandemic. Pool is big and clean. They had a lot of fun. And it's much cheaper than the other places. It could be crowded and loud though depending on the day and time. Too bad all their swimming lessons are canceled. We can't wait for it to open again!
