Chippewa Yacht Club on Chippewa Lake partners with the Spirit of America Foundation and Medina County Park District to offer a youth boating education day camp for middle-schoolers ages 12-15. The multi-day program runs 9 a.m.-3 p.m. with hands-on, on-the-water instruction in sailboats, canoes, kayaks, motorboats and paddleboards, and students can earn their Ohio Boating Education Course license. Registration is about $100.
