Kanawha Recreation Association is a members-only neighborhood swim and tennis club on a nearly 10-acre site in Henrico's Tuckahoe area, with four pools (infant, family with slides, an eight-lane 25-meter competition pool and a diving pool) and nine tennis courts. Youth activity centers on its summer-league swim team of more than 300 swimmers ages 5-18 competing in the JRAC league over a nine-week season, plus a dive team, swim lessons and youth tennis. Pools are open late May through Labor Day and access requires club membership; the club lists no summer camp program.
