Powered by GoogleGreat staff. Could make some changes when it comes to use of basketball courts. Staff is very accommodating and attentive to the needs of individuals who participate in activities here. Update. The adult men's basketball courts are used for young women's volleyball throughout the week and they have a whole other gym where it is for the younger members. So do not plan to use the courts after work. There is a hundred people on one court and the under 14 court is not being utilized but instead for ypung womens volleyball on the adults court. They have a whole other gym for younger members. They need to fix this. I'm going to planet fitness and will use the many outdoor basketball courts close by. Not to mention, It's $52 for a adult member. Planet fitness $15.
AWFUL HOURS. Closed at 4 pm Saturday and completely closed Sunday?? Some of us have to work
I've been coming to the ymca on and off due to a stint at planet fitness but overall have been coming here for around 2 years. So I've had a overall great experience at Jf hurley ymca. Staff is amazing in helping with any needs. I had someone steal out of my locker and Staff was extremely helpful in helping find this person. Just always lock your valuables because they cannot prevent that. Im very thankful and regretful for posting a negative comment. They've been nothing but helpful, gracious and professional. Thanks to Lori, Richard and all other staff that helped me with my issue at the Ymca. Highly recommend this location.
Several years ago, a triathlon was organized at this location, and the event was managed effectively. The large number of participants created a sense of intimacy in the expansive space. Despite the considerable turnout, the organizers ensured that operations proceeded smoothly. However, it is worth noting that I do not recall any food stands or refreshments being made available for supporters who were waiting both inside and outside of the venue. Additionally, when the rain began, there were no tents or shelters provided for attendees seeking protection from the weather. As a suggestion, investing in adequate shelter and food options would significantly improve the overall experience for all participants and spectators. Nonetheless, the event was a positive experience overall.
I love my gym. we go every day. sometimes 2x a day. they have a pool a hot tub. basketball court, racquet ball, rock wall, outdoor pavilion with exercise equipment. they have a great free weight room. it's great for the whole family.
