He is not afraid of the water, can get himself out of the side of the pool, and float on his back. All great life skills! Since starting the lessons, her confidence in the water has increased dramatically. Coach Kaye is exceptional at working with this age group. She is incredibly patient and encouraging. My daughter has mastered skills like calmly floating on her back and briefly going under water. She loves the songs and Coach Kaye is always sure to include the songs that my daughter loves most. My daughter demands I sing the songs so she can practice her swimming skills in the bath tub. I recommend these classes, and especially Coach Kaye, to all of my friends.

Crossfit is my daily love, but I also love the staff, the regularly updated equipment, the beautiful grounds, - no complaints ever! Wonderful classes and fantastic child care staff (the baby/toddler area was just expanded)! A huge thank you to this incredible, local, fitness resource!

She is friendly, patient, and consistently goes above and beyond to help my daughter become a confident and capable swimmer. I have never met an instructor who is as dedicated and determined as Caitlin when it comes to helping children truly master their swimming skills. Her passion for teaching and genuine care for her students really stand out.
