Jam Camp West is a seven-day residential (overnight) music, dance, and vocal camp for youth ages 9-16, run by the Oakland nonprofit Living Jazz at Redwood Glen Camp in the redwoods near Loma Mar/Pescadero. Campers of all skill levels choose from 20-plus workshops spanning jazz, Latin, rock, and pop ensembles, vocals, jazz and hip-hop dance, steel drum, percussion, beat-making, rap, spoken word, ukulele, and songwriting, alongside swimming, hiking, and bonfires. Scholarships are available.
