My daughter loves it and we’ve enjoyed the classes together. The coaches are great at demonstrating the exercises and increasing the difficulty. However, I’m giving 4/5 stars because of the cleanliness. The couches are sticky and the aerial silks are smelly. I'd recommend it.

Many toddlers taking lessons here. My grandchildren did well and enjoyed.

Great ADULT strengthening classes! Brendan's conditioning class is a real god send. He creatively styles levels 1 thru 3 to match each student's abilities and needs. He's cheerful yet directive. 5 stars.

I dropped in for an adult mobility class a couple of months ago, and now I'm attending multiple different classes a week and exploring different disciplines. This is a great gym. The coaches are welcoming, really work to tailor classes to their students' needs, and make students feel motivated no matter their level.

AcroSports is an absolutely wonderful program for young people. My child has always loved the classes, but the camp experience was truly the best. From the ease of drop off and pick up, to the attentive staff to both children and adults, to the eagerness my child showed in going everyday -- it was well-organized and fun. I hope to send my kid for years to come!
